By accessing or using steady.ae's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

steady.ae provides payment collection and accounts receivable management services, including:

• Automated payment reminders via email and SMS
• Professional credit control services
• Accounts receivable reporting and analytics
• Customer payment follow-up

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the services only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not interfere with or disrupt the services

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are as specified in your selected plan (Starter, Professional, or Premium). All fees are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are non-refundable except as required by law.

• 14-day free trial available for new customers
• Subscription fees billed monthly in advance
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled 7 days before billing date
• Late payment may result in service suspension

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of steady.ae are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, steady.ae shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the services

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
